If you understand (and are prepared to comply with all the legislation), there’s currently around 170 pieces relating to the private rental sector, then our find tenant only silver service is perfect for you. We will simply advertise your property, complete the pre tenancy checks on the applicants,  draw up a tenancy agreement and then hand it over to you.

Most Landlords prefer an Agent to handle the day to day management of their rented properties. Our full tenancy management Gold service is a comprehensive management package where you leave all the hard work to us.
