We are planning a big 80's themed birthday party to celebrate 20 years in business, and all proceeds will be donated to Cynthia Spencer Hospice. The date is confirmed for Saturday 22nd March 2025 . We are a well-respected and established agency with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the private rental sector and we really will go the extra mile and put the personal back into lettings & property management with an approachable, helpful, and friendly team who are the beating heart of our business.
 
Our property management and lettings team are based in our Wootton office they are all familiar with the properties, landlords and tenants they are dealing with. They are a real friendly bunch.
 
 

Above all else we are honest, and we genuinely care about every person we deal with! People & property are speciality. We are one of the few lettings only agents in Northamptonshire as most offer a sales & lettings service.

The rental market continues to be  extremely busy with demand for rental properties (and asking prices) at an all time high as there is a noticeable shortage in supply of good quality homes for rent.  We are letting properties to good quality tenants in no time at all!
