At Albion Knights, we don’t just list your property and hope for the best. We go the extra mile to create standout listings that include video tours and detailed floor plans—at no extra cost to you. Beyond that, we leverage the power of social media to get your property noticed by the right audience. Our goal is to maximize exposure and deliver the best possible results for you.
But our real work starts once we find a buyer or tenant. We stay on top of every detail, liaising with solicitors, buyers, other agents in the chain, and everyone involved to keep things moving. During tenancies, we take care of tenant queries and maintenance issues on your behalf, ensuring both happy tenants and a well-maintained property.
How it all began…
Back in 2004, Sally Knights—a self-proclaimed property geek with a head full of knowledge, a heart full of determination, and enough energy to power a small village—decided to dive headfirst into starting her own estate agency business. Armed with years of experience in sales and lettings, she knew her stuff inside out. But life wasn’t about to slow down—she also got married that year and welcomed her first child in 2006. Crazy timing? Absolutely. But with grit, passion, and just six weeks of maternity leave (yes, really!), Sally kept pushing forward.
Fast forward to today, Sally now has an amazing team by her side to share the workload—but her core values haven’t changed one bit. The mission remains the same: delivering outstanding service with a personal touch, one happy client at a time.

Our team brings over 70 years of combined experience and an unwavering commitment to providing top-notch service. Our team members are local and have been living in Northampton for many years. Each of our team are proud to be referred to as approachable, knowledgeable, and passionate about property; We truly care about each client we work with. At the heart of everything we do is our belief in honesty and building lasting relationships with our clients – that’s you!

Meet the Albion Knights Team
Sally Knights
Managing Director
Sally has been immersed in property sales and lettings in Northamptonshire since 1998, founding the company in 2004. With 27 years of experience, a meticulous eye for detail, and a proactive "can-do" attitude that inspires the entire team. Sally is a fountain of knowledge and a self-confessed property geek and she is committed to ensuring her team delivers a service that exceeds expectations.
Outside of work, Sally enjoys playing hockey, watching West Bromwich Albion FC, she is a part-time singer & cake-maker, and enjoys exploring the countryside on long walks with her dog.
Claire Titley
Sales & Lettings
Claire (with an "e," as our clients fondly call her) has been a valued member of the Albion team since 2016. Often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when calling or visiting the office, Claire brings over 25 years of experience in sales and lettings. Tasked mostly with front of house duties such as viewings and valuations, She excels in delivering outstanding customer service with enthusiasm, expertise, and has a warm, approachable manner.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys playing darts, sunbathing in hot countries, and cherishing quality time with her grandchildren.
Jess Knights
Property Management
Jess joined the Albion team in the summer of 2024, taking a year out of education to provide maternity cover for Elouise. Since then, her confidence has grown daily as she assists part-time in the property management department. Jess ensures safety certificates are up-to-date and works diligently to see that maintenance issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. She is also pursuing a Level 3 Technical Award in Property Sales & Lettings, further enhancing her skills.
Outside of work, Jess is an avid hockey player, finds relaxation in therapeutic colouring, and is known for her great socializing skills!

Elouise Lavelle
Property Management
Elouise joined Albion in 2017 as an apprentice estate agent and has since developed a wide range of skills, and now assists in our lettings and property maintenance department. Known for her attention to detail, can-do attitude and proactive approach, Elouise ensures tasks are completed quickly and efficiently for clients. Currently on maternity leave, she is anticipated to return in the autumn of 2025.
When not at work, Elouise is kept very busy by her two small children and her little dog.

Clair Vaughan
Sales & Lettings
Clair (without an “e”) has been a stable fixture at Albion for nearly a decade. Starting part-time, she has grown into a full-time role, now leading our property inspections and maintenance department. With her approachable nature and proactive attitude, Clair ensures that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently. She also steps in to assist with front-of-house duties during busy periods, showcasing her versatility.
In her free time, Clair enjoys long walks and spending quality time with her family and dogs.
